Caitlin Yarbrough-Mills is an accomplished piano teacher and composer with a background in education. She began teaching private piano lessons in 2012 and works with children from ages 4 to 18. She worked as a paraprofessional at Lowell Community Charter school and has experience working with children who have special needs in both one on one and group settings.
As an educator, Caitlin seeks to identify a student’s individual learning needs and tailor lessons to meet those needs. Each student is different, and lessons are flexible and adaptable so that each student can learn at his or her own pace.
With extensive knowledge in technique and music theory, Caitlin works to provide a balanced music education to aid students in not only playing piano, but understanding music in a way that makes sense to them.
Caitlin has a passion for music and loves to share that passion with others. She believes that music should be accessible to all and that it’s never too late to learn.
