Job Description:
Help institute Innovative Piano’s groundbreaking piano teaching technique to homes near you. By combining ABA principles and teaching techniques with training in basic piano instruction you will help a special-needs child learn how to play music! Training on how to use this system will be provided with hands-on guidance. Your student’s progress will be closely monitored and materials will be provided to you. You will be responsible for data collection and submission (through e-mail) and instituting lesson plan changes based on those data. Since this system focuses on fundamentals of piano and you will be assisted by a specialist, YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW HOW TO PLAY PIANO to institute the program. You DO need to apply basic ABA practices and procedures and become familiar with your student’s special needs.

By combining ABA principles and teaching techniques with your training in piano instruction you will help a high functioning, special-needs child learn how to play music! Training on how to use this system will be provided. Your student’s progress will be closely monitored and materials will be provided to you. You will be responsible for data collection and submission (through e-mail) and instituting lesson plan changes based on those data. Since this system focuses on fundamentals of ABA and piano, YOU DO NOT NEED A BACKGROUND IN ABA to institute the program. You DO need to become familiar with the Young Methodtm and apply basic piano teaching practices and procedures and become familiar with your student’s special needs.
